Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and not listed on our non-returnable items list for hygiene reasons.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Pack and Label
Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, or use your own preferred tracked courier service.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
