How long will it take for my costume to arrive?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days, and express shipping that arrives within 1-2 business days for most metropolitan areas.
What is your return policy for costumes and accessories?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that wigs and makeup cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a specific size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to the manufacturer's guide, as costume sizing can differ from standard high-street fashion.
Do you offer group discounts for parties or events?
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders of 10 or more items. Please contact our customer service team before placing your order to receive a custom discount code.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
